This month, we have commissioned a big step forward in the way that we deliver post sales support to our customers. We will soon create a sophisticated, interactive, online training scheme for our Portascanner II, Ultrasonic Watertight Integrity Tester.
This system will include a detailed visual tutorial of the optimum operation of the unit, depicting a realistic visual environment in which this equipment would typically operate. There will be interactive demonstrations using the equipment, for the user to imitate what has been previously taught and finally a resource of information showing the ideal methods of remedying any problems that are located.
Coltraco Limited also finalised a marketing agreement with Intoximeters, USA, the world leaders in the Manufacture and Design of Alcohol Breath Test Equipment, and we look forward to supporting them in the Maritime Sector.
