The Chairman of Coltraco Ultrasonics, Dr Carl Stephen Patrick Hunter OBE gave the keynote address on the Eradication of Modern Slavery at Sea, to the global offices of Ince Group, one the world’s largest maritime law firms.
“The issue of “modern slavery at sea” is something that is a stimulus to but separate from the issue of mariners “wellbeing”.
The time for its eradication is now.
I wish to support the Secretary-General and his officials, eradicate modern slavery at sea. I wish to support my Government turn aspiration to reality. By global leadership in the maritime domain. If we can do it on land so we can at sea. ”
