Portalevel® MAX MARINE PLUS
Portalevel® MAX MARINE PLUS is a highly capable, handheld ultrasonic liquid level indicator with ABS Type, RINA Classification Society, UL, and NATO approval. It is capable of testing CO2, FM-200TM, NOVEC 1230TM, FE-13, FE-25, NAF S III, CEA410, Halons and a range of other extinguishing agents.
Measurements taken by the Portalevel® MAX MARINE PLUS are proven to be accurate to +/- 1.5mm.This instrumentation is a significantly safer and quicker solution when compared to weighing as a means of identifying cylinder content.
The instrumentation is designed for ease of use, with three extended calibration features and a display that will indicate if the sensor is in the GAS or LIQUID phase of a fire suppression cylinder. In addition to a Mini-Marine Extension Rod which enables the sensor to take measurements of the ships 2nd, 3rd, and 4th banked cylinder rows with ease.
Portamarine®
Portamarine® is a low-cost, portable, and battery powered ultrasonic liquid level indicator with RINA Classification Society, UL, and NATO approval. It was designed specifically for testing multi-banked CO2 Cylinder in ship Fire Suppression Systems but can be also used on FM200TM, NOVEC 1230TM, and variety of other clean agent systems.
The carrying strap enables hands free operation for quick inspection and ease of use in small spaces. This instrumentation is proven accurate to +/- 1.5mm and it is significantly safer and quicker solution when compared to weighing as a means of identifying cylinder content.
Portascanner® WATERTIGHT
The Portascanner® WATERTIGHT is a handheld ultrasonic watertight integrity tester designed for inspecting almost any watertight, gas-tight or weather-tight seal for areas of weak seal compression or leak sites. This instrumentation has ABS Type, RINA Society, and NATO approval.
It is primarily used by the maritime industry for testing the seal integrity of watertight compartment Doors, Hatch covers, and Multiple Cable Transit Areas. In addition to hatches, storage tanks, bulkheads and other watertight compartments. The instrumentation comes complete in a protective carrying case including Receiver, Standard Generator, Extension Rod “Wand”, Headphones, and operating Instructions.
Measurements with the Portascanner® WATERTIGHT have pin-point accuracy to 0.06mm with a tolerance of +/-0.02mm. It is also quicker, cleaner and more efficient watertight integrity testing, as it can be done while at sea with a loaded cargo hold, and requires no additional set up. Thereby, making it ideal to replace high pressure hose testing or chalk testing.
Permaflow®
The Permaflow® is a fixed, clamp-on, non-invasive ultrasonic transit time flow and heat meter for measuring the flow rates of liquids containing less than 10% of gas/solid contents. Therefore making it ideal for monitoring the fuel consumption onboard vessels.
It is mains powered, designed for 24/7 monitoring and is accurate to +/- 0.5% of measured value under ideal conditions. It has a unique ability to incorporate PT100 thermometer inputs so fuel consumption can be monitored alongside volumetric flow rates.
