The Portamarine, Portascanner II and Portagauge II were demonstrated to the Italian Navy this week, at their main Naval Base in Southern Italy, Taranto. We enjoyed a few days with the Italian Navy displaying the application and accuracy of our equipment on board one of their Aircraft Carriers, the Giuseppe Garibaldi. As well as interest from the Surface Fleet we also received noticeable interest from the NBC (Nuclear Biological and Chemical Warfare) & CW (Chemical Warfare) Departments who saw considerable benefit in using the Portascanner in maintenance and surveys of these seals around the vessels.
