Henry Hunter (pictured below) presented our range of systems and products used in the Offshore Oil and Gas sectors at International Energy in Cyprus, arranged by our partners in Russia SEC GARM of St Petersburg, whom we would like to thank for this opportunity to speak to industry leaders in the Russian oil and gas and marine industries. Henry delivered his conference address to executives and leading specialists of the companies interested in developing business activities in the Russian and CIS energy markets, including: energy industry companies and contractors, design offices for energy industry, oil & gas service companies, shipbuilding companies, OEMs (offshore and onshore objects infrastructure, FPSO, LNG, subsea equipment, communications, marine objects safety and security systems, etc.)
The main topics of the seminar were: offshore and onshore structures and equipment commissioning, operation and maintenance ; issues and perspectives of hydrocarbons transportation systems ; labour safety and security of energy industry objects ; features of energy projects development in various environments . Coltraco’s Portalevel™ equipment is used offshore to monitor installation fire suppression systems and, with Portascanner™ to test the integrity of compartment doors in offshore oil and gas installations and aboard hatch-covers on ships at sea.
The 3-day seminar was attended by senior representatives of the sector leading Russian companies, including Rosneft, LUKOIL, Krylov State Research Centre, Gazprom VNIIGAZ, SMD, Foster Wheeler, & Saipem .
