The Membership Committee of The Institute of Marine Engineering, Science and Technology in London has approved our Managing Director Carl Stephen Patrick Hunter’s election as a Fellow.

Fellowship demonstrates our commitment to the shipping profession. Mr Hunter FIMarEST comments, “I am delighted and proud to become a Fellow of the Institute of Marine Engineering, Science and Technology. I hope this validates our Company’s commitment to manufacturing marine safety engineering products and systems across marine fire suppression system contents monitoring, hull plate measurement, maritime security and hatch-cover and watertight compartment door and cable transit area watertight integrity testing. It is part of our path towards marine safety engineering and we are aiming to contribute to transformation in specific areas of marine safety. Coltraco was founded by my Father, Mr E C Hunter, himself a member of the Admiralty Research Establishment following his 27 year career as a Royal Naval Submariner and I believe that this election is a direct reflection of all that my Father created in the company.
