In this short video it is seen that using ultrasound allows for a much more accurate and precise indication of the liquid level of agent. (Application: 50kg FM200 Cylinder @25°, with a Portalevel MAX)Radioactive level indicators are also damaging and banned in many countries. Unlike ultrasound which is free of harm, the isotopes in the indicators can be damaging to users and require rigorous control. Radioactive-sourced level indicators are damaging to health and subject to IATA transportation, licensing and storage requirement.
