We are dedicated to supporting you for the life-time of your product. You can talk to our experts via email/telephone/video call as you prefer. Repairs are done in the UK. Calibrations and spare parts are available in the UK and with our 6 other ODA offices. We also offer upgrades and trade in credits when you exchange an old product for the latest model, as part of our commitment to the environment.

Calibration

Use these instructions for returning equipment to the UK

Like an MOT on your car, calibrations ensure accuracy and reliability. ISO 17025 recommends annually. You can also get your product serviced in our authorised ODA Service Centres. It usually 3-4 days in UK, maximum 10 working days in the ODAs.
