We are delighted to announce that Mrs Libby Summers has been promoted to Head of Account Management. Libby is dedicated to supporting our customers and distributors and in developing relationships with our key accounts and projects.
This is part of Coltraco Ultrasonics’ commitment to provide outstanding customer service as well as creating happiness within our team and sharing this happiness with our customers and partners.
Libby is a valued team member of Coltraco and we are honoured that she has embraced her new role.“My Coltraco career started in 2015 when I offered to help my lifelong friend, Karen Jones, on a part time basis to help during the busy times. I started by working only 5 to 10 hours a week while my new born baby slept. Eventually I had to return to my previous employer, however I also continued to work part time for Coltraco. I very quickly found that I preferred working with Coltraco as their commitment to the needs of their staff far outweighed my previous employer. After I had my second child I ended my previous employment and committed to work with Coltraco on a nearly full time basis.
I feel I have grown with the company and that we continue to grow and evolve together. From working 5 to 10 hours a week while my daughters slept and completing basic admin work, I was offered the chance to become a sales assistant, I jumped at the chance. Coltraco have very kindly recognised my commitment and I am now very proud to be the Head of Account Management. The company have been so supportive acknowledging the difficulties of being a busy working mother and doing their best to support me in this. I am honoured to tell people that I work for Coltraco.
I am excited to see where Coltraco will be in the next 5 years and I am delighted to be along for the ride.”
