Coltraco Ultrasonics’ Strategic Partner in the Middle East is PM3 Peter Machado Marketing Management, based in Dubai – UAE, is committed to support our customers in the UAE and Middle East with personalised customer care and presentations. PM3 is managed by Captain Peter Machado, a longstanding maritime professional for almost five decades, in his marketing role as “Head of Global Ship Management” and travels internationally to attend most of the major global maritime exhibitions.
Following a “One Team Approach”, PM3 is aligned with Coltraco’s HQ in London, ensuring that our customers receive support as and when required. Leah Lucmayon and Clare Parreno do the physical visits supported by Cazmir Fernandes and Jonabelle Religiosio, who maintain data and records, accounts and admin.

PM3 works closely with the Coltraco UK team. Karen Jones and team send customers quotations in response to incoming RFQs the same day.
Benjamin Cowan of Coltraco Ultrasonics R&D Team is based in Abu Dhabi and works together with Captain Peter in offering customers technical support and live practical demonstrations; to name a few, NAFFCO, Tyco, Haven Automation, Sharjah Muncipality, Elcome & Firetrace International requirements in the UAE. After each customer visit and presentation of Coltraco products, Team PM3 gives an USB stick that includes training videos, multimedia presentations and location and services information on global sales offices and ODA stations.

Together with our Middle East partner PM3, Coltraco Ultrasonics have supplied equipment to the large ship managers in the Middle East such as UASC / Hapag Lloyd, BAHRI, EShips, Adnatco and more to come with our “Better, Cheaper and Faster” commitment to our customers.
Collectively, we keep looking at continuous improvement through direct customer feedback, customer visit reports, R&D Teams who incorporate technology with user-friendly ergonomics, to ensure accuracy and sustain durability in a high-seas environment.
