CUSTOMER SERVICE: The Coltraco team are available via email, phone call, video, WhatsApp/WeChat/Skype to discuss your requirements, process your enquiries and orders.
DELIVERY: We use DHL as a premium delivery service who are still operating as usual – able to deliver door to door to most places worldwide within 3-4 days on average.SAFE MEASURES: Most of our team are safely isolating and working from home. Our Directors are ensuring your orders are processed as quickly as normal. We are up to date with UK Government guidelines.
TRAINING & USER SUPPORT: We are support you with training via video calls should it be needed. Also you can subscribe to our YouTube channel for “how to use” videos.
