Portascanner® AIRTIGHT is a portable ultrasonic analytical instrument meticulously designed to detect air leakage in compartments and accurately measure their airtightness. An Innovate UK Project
Portascanner® AIRTIGHT was originally designed to identify airborne infection routes in NHS isolation wards during COVID-19. This technology has since been developed for application in the Built Environment in part with research and development funding from Innovate UK.
The project in partnership with Leeds Beckett University has amassed a strong body of scientific evidence from both laboratory and on-site testing to provide you with complete confidence in the accuracy of our instrumentation.
