This has delivered a focus to our customers, delivering better global support through our Global Network of regional heads of operation, authorised service centres and exclusive distributors.
We strengthened our stock levels to ensure better availability of products, which means we can deliver almost all products to any country worldwide within 3-4 days. Through DHL we even offset the carbon for that shipment at our own cost as part of our steps to be more environmentally friendly.
2020-2021 has given us the opportunity to refocus on our technology. We have totally changed our offering.
