Speaking at the London Smartship conference in Whitehall London today our CEO spoke of the Ungoverned Space in Marine & Offshore Fire Safety, the need for Shipping to implements its IMO obligations and implement ISO regulations to an international audience of Naval & Shipping professionals from UK, USA, Europe and Asia and using our place at the heart of Safeship™ vessel stability and Watertight Integrity in the Royal Navy and our commitment to support US Safety & Survivability and UK Damage Control expertise and explaining the UK’s global place with our maritime strategy at its centre.
- Our paper was titled “The Ungoverned Space of Marine Fire Safety Engineering”.
- Coltraco aims to engineer the Safeship™ in regard to the IMO SOLAS compliant monitoring of its CO2, FM-200™ & NOVEC™ systems through Portalevel® to check the level of agent in cylinders non-invasively;
- And considering ISO 14520 regulations to ensure the integrity of a vessel’s Protected Spaces through Portascanner™ to contain the suppressant gases on discharge at the point of fire event.
