Portagas® is a world’s first technology for non-invasive, non-destructive monitoring of pressurised, inert gas systems.

It is a unique and innovative solution designed to monitor the pressure of pressurized, non-liquefied inert gases and compressed gas cylinders, including Inergen®, Nitrogen, Oxygen, Propane, Methane, Chlorine, Ammonia, Hydrogen, and CO2.

Utilizing sophisticated signal processing and acoustic technology to detect even minor fluctuations in internal cylinder pressure, with precision below the 5% required by regulations and by detecting marginal changes in the internal cylinder pressure with precision well below 5% demanded by the regulations, making it a valuable tool for ensuring safety and compliance.

The Portascanner® AIRTIGHT is Coltraco Ultrasonics’ most advanced ultrasonic room integrity testing tool. It can be used to locate and quantify even minor leak sites quickly, easily, and non-destructively. Records of all of your tests – including images of the test structure with leak sites clearly marked – are stored on the device and can be exported to an external drive at your convenience, all with an intuitive, touchscreen interface.

P/N: 509004-AT

The most accurate and fast acting constants loss monitoring system of its kind. Capable of detecting a loss of agent mass to within 1% in Inert gas, CO2 and Clean Agent systems, and in addition to weigh loss, will provide accurate percentage pressure loss of Inert gas systems associated with agent contents leakage.

The PORTATANK® is a non-invasive portable ultrasonic tank liquid level indicator capable of detecting liquid levels in a huge range of applications on virtually all liquid types from small 0.5m tanks such as oil levels in Transformers and Ring Main Units (RMU) all the way up to 15m diameter industrial tanks. Safely test externally from the side walls of the tank with no downtime to your system. Portable, durable and hand-held, the Portatank® offers greater flexibility when testing a range of applications, operated by one person with no installation cost.

Ensure customers in the Power Generation, Electricity & Gas Distribution markets are protected from the risk of fire 24/7, and that business continuity is assured.

Portatank®

Ultrasonic tank liquid level indicator, capable of detecting liquid levels from side walls of tanks from 0.5 – 15 metres wide. It works on a wide variety of tank wall materials, wall thicknesses and virtually all liquid types without any installation requirements. By using the Portatank, users can quickly check form the outside of the transformer, if all the oil is at the correct level inside and thus if it is safe to open. Just a few seconds test can drastically reduce the risk to maintenance crews

PermaMass® FEATHERWEIGHT

Real-time monitoring of agent mass loss and equivalent pressure loss in inert gas, liquified and non-liquified fire suppression systems to 10g, or less than 1% accuracy above 10 kg total cylinder weight.
